Exercise Classes

The classes are run by qualified instructors and are provided as a low impact exercise class for people 50+, beginners and those returning to exercise.

The classes are designed for mobility, movement, flexibility, fun and a good opportunity to meet others.

Some classes are entirely chair based while others combine sitting and standing and some start sitting with the option to stand if you want a more challenging class and New clients receive their first 'taster' session free!

Cost: £5 per session (1 hour)
If paid in advance for a six week block the cost is £24.

A men only class that is a mix of fun cardiovascular and resistance exercises for mixed ability levels.

Wednesday 13:30 - 14:30

This is chair based gentle exercise class that has been designed to encourage mobility through the joints & help increase your range of movement for everyday living.  Sometimes we use stretchy bands & soft balls for variety.  Limited standing exercises are offered for those who are able, but otherwise all exercises are done on a chair.  This is a friendly, welcoming group as we believe the social aspect is just as important as physical exercise.
