Monday-Friday call outs are paid at the London Living wage of £13.15 per hour. Shift 1 retainer: £3,419 per annum |

Description: |
Are you compassionate, self motivated and practical with a desire to help older people? Do you have use of your own car? We have an opportunity available to work for the Take Home & Settle Lewisham team as an assistant facilitating clients safe discharge from hospital to home. You will support clients by accompanying them with any small items of equipment back from the University Lewisham Hospital and other local hospital sites. You will provide practical and emotional support and ensure that they are left in a safe warm environment with access to adequate food provisions. This post is home based and requires you to have a driving licence and your own car as well as a knowledge of the Lewisham borough.
