Oxleas’ service user and carer survey
Do you use, or care for someone using Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust services?
We are currently seeking the views of a wide range of people to influence a new 5-year strategy for the trust. This program of work, called Our Next Step (http://oxleas.nhs.uk/about-us/our-next-step/), has been running since November 2019.
Throughout January and February 2020, we would like to hear from people using our wide range of services across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich, providing physical health, mental health, and adult learning disability services.
