  • Starting this April IMPROVE your skills with continual Hula Hooping from 0 to 30 minutes in just 30 Days!
  • Improve coordination and energy levels - Hula Hooping is for EVERYONE.
  • Any improvement during the challenge is a WIN. 

Fundraise for Age UK Surrey

  • Every swing of the hoop makes a difference.
  • Raise money for Age UK Surrey in our Hula Hoop Challenge and help us be there for older people with no one to turn to.
  • Suggested donation of £1 per every minute you can maintain at the end of 30 days.
  • Any donation amount from family, friends, and colleagues helps. 

How do I get started? 

  • Decide what your challenge will be. We have 3 challenges that you can choose from - Mild, Medium and Hard.
  • Sign up to our donation page so people can donate online. 
  • Keep everyone up to date about how you are getting on once the challenge has begun.
  • Start hula hooping!

How will my money help? 

  • Your money will make a real difference in the lives of older people who need us the most, whether they’re experiencing loneliness, issues around care, or the challenges associated with the cost of living crisis.
