Age UK Kent Rivers offers affordable strength, balance and mobility classes, suitable for all abilities, across various locations in Kent.

The classes are specially designed to help you to learn useful tips about how to stay independent, strong and mobile, including vital exercises and tips on how to prevent and recover from falls.

Our qualified, specialist instructor will teach you gentle strengthening exercises whilst seated, using resistance bands and balance techniques to help you stay strong.

The classes are suitable for all abilities, as they are designed to help you become stronger at your own pace. Classes cost up to £5 per session (where funding is available, these classes may be subsidised or free of charge). When the class is finished, stay for refreshments and enjoy some time with your new friends!
