TRAINEE INFORMATION & ADVICE TRIAGE SUPPORT WORKER

Full time 35 hours per week

Salary £25,000.00 per annum

Fixed Term to 31st August 2025 (may be extended depending on funding)

 

Do you have strong communication skills and a basic knowledge of welfare benefits and would like to play an essential role within the information and advice team at Age UK Barnet?

This is an exciting new role for someone who is interested in gaining the experience and training necessary to become an information and advice navigator.

Working as part of our committed and expanding team, your main role will be supporting the advice team with triaging client contact over the telephone, online and face to face. We will provide you with full training and supervision to carry out your role.  You will also support clients with completing both online and paper applications forms and will assist to navigate clients onto other specialised support.

In addition to training, we will offer you five weeks paid holiday per year and an employer pension scheme.
