Congratulations to our Information and Advice Team and to our Money and Benefits Team. They have recently been assessed as providing a Quality Information and Advice service. This demonstrates our commitment to providing consistent,relevant and effective advice; to customer care, and that our service has clear and relevant procedures in place to manage the delivery of good quality information and advice to clients.

They had to provide a lot of evidence of the work they do, our policies and procedures and had to undergo some 'mystery shopping' to our Information Line. Our advisors scored "10/10" from each of the 'mystery shoppers'.
