Age UK York gets a new minibus

We are very pleased to welcome the very kind donation of a minibus for our Day Clubs from Tony Calvert. Tony has been involved with Age UK York as a volunteer driver for nearly 20 years, originally when we worked closely with the Red Cross and later on as volunteer for Age UK York.

The minibus will be used to help transport people to and from our Day Clubs. It has been named "The Calvert Cruiser" and even has a personalised number plate.
