What is our Digital Support service?
We use expert volunteer tutors (Digital Champions) to deliver support and get you ‘online’ through:
• Individual sessions at our offices in Worcester and Malvern.
• Home Visits (if required) in the Malvern Hills district.
If necessary, we can also lend you a device to use to ‘try before you buy’.

Where are our sessions held?
Bookable individual sessions are held in our offices in Malvern and Worcester and where a visit to these offices is not possible we can arrange individual home visits.
Is there a cost?
• The first individual session is free, but thereafter there is a charge of £10 per session.
• Consultation at the Digital Help Desks in the Community Hubs is free.
Digital Cafés
We can help you to use your mobile phone or computer, whilst having a cuppa and cake. Bring your phone, or laptop, to the one of our cafés and get individual expert help.
Become a volunteer computer tutor
We are looking for computer tutors to help us run our Digital Inclusion service. Volunteer today, you can easily apply online.
