Have you ever thought of living with a friend or someone just like you? Share your home with a like minded person of a similar age and enjoy each other’s company and share living costs.
What is a Managed Home Share?
Our friends' at Cloud Nine have launched their Managed Home Share. A service that helps people come together, to live under one roof and share the cost of living.
Together you can share home life, time and fun things to do with regular professional support. Living the life you want for years to come.

A new friendship
- Live with a similar aged person like yourself that you could choose to do things with, both inside and outside the home.

Share living costs
- Save money by sharing living costs such as in-home help, transport and bills etc.

Tailored support
- Receive regular face to face meetings with your own home supporter who can arrange things you'd like to do and any in-home help or support. Applying for eligible benefits and linking to external services or personal care if needed.

Stay at home
- You no longer have to consider moving into assisted living to receive support and social opportunities. All can now be achieved plus more in the comfort of your own home.

Continuity
- This is not a short term matching but an opportunity for both people to live together for years to come with the same home supporters visiting and the ability to accommodate any change in needs as time goes on.
Is there a cost?
Accessing the service is free, including Home Share set up and all arrangements. There is a fee for the ongoing professional support which is shared. The homeowner also receives a contribution towards bills.
Is this available in my area?
Home sharing is available anywhere in Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
