Carers Support Groups

You are invited to our regular Dementia Meeting Centre Carers Support Groups.
What is a Carers Support Group?
- A place where carers can relax and chat with others alike; for self-care or just a place to offload any stress or worries
- We will have a member of our expert information & advice team available, to help answer any queries you have on a wide range of topics. Including, money and benefits, care and wellbeing
- The Dementia Meeting Centres will be open throughout, so your loved one is cared for safely whilst you attend the support group
When and where?
We will be running two separate groups, one in Malvern and the other in Worcester.
Worcester
- Freedom Church, 4B Lowesmoor Wharf, Lowesmorr, Worcester, WR1 2RS
- Pay and display parking located at rear of building and close to many other city centre car parks.
- Every 1st Monday of the month.
- 11am - 1pm (can be longer if required).
Malvern
- The Church of Ascension, Somers Park Avenue, Great Malvern, WR14 1XA
- Free on-street parking available on Somers Park Avenue
- Every 3rd Wednesday of the month
- 11am - 1pm (can be longer if required)
What is included?
Refreshments, tea and cake will be provided, but attendees will need to bring their own packed lunch.
We welcome ideas from you, the carers, on what you would like support with; be it Information & Advice, self-care or just to off load stresses and worries. We can build the content up and tailor sessions as we go along.
