Facebook Fundraising

We are now eligible for Facebook Fundraising tools. Meaning you can raise funds for us from the comfort of your smartphone, tablet or computer, completely FREE. To begin a fundraiser, all you need is a Facebook account, a reason why you are running the fundraiser and an idea of how much you want to raise. What's more is that 100% of pledge amounts will be paid directly to us, Facebook take care of all the processing and there are no additional fees involved. 

How can you start a fundraiser?

There are a number of ways in which you can start your own fundraiser. We have outlined a couple of these ways below.

This will take you directly to our Facebook fundraising page, where you can enter specific details about why you are running a fundraiser and how much you aim to raise. You can also share this link with your friends and family to encourage them to start their own fundraiser for us.

Fundraise for your birthday

Part of the Facebook experience is celebrating you and your friends birthdays. Facebook now prompts all users when nearing theirbirthday if they wish to run a fundraiser for a charitable cause. When receiving this prompt, simply search for Age UK Worcester & Malvern Hills and select us as your chosen charity. If your birthday is not coming up, perhaps you could encourage your friends and family to run a birthday fundraiser instead?
