Dementia Activities Coordinator

Hours of work: Full time - fixed term to 31/03/2025

Hourly rate: £11.47

Location: Bank House, WR1 3QQ and community based across Worcestershire

Overview

As the Dementia Activities Coordinator, you will deliver an effective Dementia Café, Dementia Group Outings and MCST programme for people living with mild to moderate dementia.  You will provide support to our members, their family and carers, by providing a range of stimulating, engaging and client led activities. You will ensure continuity of quality service provision in line with the organisational quality standards.

Office Coordinator

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Hourly rate: £13.19 - 13.36

Location: Leominster

Overview

Ensure that all customers and external organisations contacting and accessing Age UK Wyvern services receive an efficient, friendly, and professional welcome to our organisation/services. Be the initial point of contact for all contacts entering the organisation and will involve delivering basic information and signposting as well as accurately navigating our customer to the correct internal service for further support if appropriate Be required to handle incoming telephone calls, drop ins and correspondence (post/email) in a pleasant and timely manner Ensure the smooth running of the office by maintaining adequate levels of office supplied, Age UK National publications and CRM Systems

Shop Manager

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £23,750

Location: Barnards Green, Malvern

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic retail manager to help build a new team whilst driving forward the launch of the new shop.

You will use your creativity, communication, and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales.

It also goes without saying that you will have flexibility in you availability ensure that your shop is suitably covered on peak trading days and confident in recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers.
