Dementia Action Week 2024

This Dementia Action Week, we are highlighting the services that we provide for people living with dementia or memory loss across Worcester, Malvern Hills & Hereford Localities.
We will also be hosting various events and pop-up information points throughout the week (13th May - 17th May) - so do come along and meet our expert team.
Our Dementia Services

Meeting Centres
Come along and meet with others alike at one of our centres; who are adapting to changes brought about by living with dementia.

Carers Support Groups
Come along to a place where carers can relax and chat with others alike; for self-care or just a place to offload any stress or worries.

Dementia Music Group
Come together with others alike, who may be experiencing symptoms of or living with diagnosed memory loss, make new friends and play your instruments and sing together.

Our Community Support Service is here to help you stay connected, and to help you continue doing the things you enjoy.
