AGM Notice

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held by Zoom on 15th December, at 5:00pm to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions which will be proposed as Ordinary Resolutions.

1. That the Director's Report and Financial Statement of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2022 together with the Report of the Auditors thereon be received.
2. That Richards Sandy Partnership be re-appointed as Auditors of the Company until the next Annual General Meeting at which accounts are to be laid an the Directors be authorised to fix their remuneration.
