Pilates
New for 2024
Our pilates classes are for people over 50 years and older, who are looking to improve core strength. Pilates focuses on core conditioning, incorporating muscular control, breathing techniques and full body functional strength training.
All classes £5 per session. Class duration 40 minutes. Times below include instructor set up time.
Tuesdays:
1.00 pm - 2.00 pm at: The Institute, Wood Road, Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton, WV6 8NF
2.15pm - 3.15pm at: Bradmore Community Centre, Birches Barn Road, Bradmore, Wolverhampton, WV3 7BW
Wednesdays:
1.30 pm - 2.30 pm at: Eastfield Community Centre, Colliery Road, Wolverhampton, WV1 2QY
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
No experience necessary.
If you have your own mat please bring it along. There are a limited number mats availablle on a first come first served basis.
