We will review an individual’s situation and provide appropriate assistance, for example, someone may want to remain independent at home, they might be seeking an NHS dementia assessment, or they may need dementia advice and support with disability benefits. You can refer yourself by calling or emailing us or your GP can also make a referral on your behalf, along with other healthcare professionals.
We have teamed up with our partner, Here, to provide a clinical diagnosis and tailored one-to-one support.
Together we will guide people through the process and be there to answer any questions. The Dementia Clinic offers a not-for-profit paid for service at a fair price, ensuring accessible help and expert diagnosis with personalised care throughout.
