What is the Digital Skills service?
This service supports people wanting more confidence getting online and using digital technology. We know technology can be challenging, but we hope we can make it that little bit easier and get you digitally connected. We can even loan you a tablet or 'Alexa' type device if you need to get set up.
What we can help with?
✅ Setting up a new mobile phone, laptop or tablet
✅ Online shopping
✅ Facetime, emails, phone calls and texts
✅ Publishing pamphlets and magazines
✅ Microsoft Office
✅ Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom
✅ Setting up Online banking, GP appointments, NHS app
✅ Booking tickets for theatres & cinemas etc.
✅ Setting virtual assistants ('Alexa', 'Siri', etc.) to remind to take medications, go to appointments etc.
