Care at Home
Offering flexible care and support to ensure you remain independent in your home, or provide respite to carers.
Whether you require personal care, assistance with daily tasks, or simply companionship, our team is here to help. We tailor our services to your needs, ensuring you or your loved ones remain comfortable and cared for.
Our flexible care services include:
- Assistance with washing, dressing, and personal care
- Help with medication and reminders
- Carer respite visits – support for your loved ones while you take time for yourself
- Companionship – activities and conversation to combat loneliness
- Ad hoc support with travel to community activities, medical appointments, and more
- Assistance with daily admin tasks such as managing bills, posting letters, or organising paperwork
- Light meal preparation, snacks and drinks
In addition to providing long-term home care, we also offer support for ad hoc visits when needed. While we strive to accommodate all requests, this is subject to staff availability at the time – with our services running Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You can be confident that all our staff are carefully selected, highly trained, and fully committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
