About The Role:

We have an amazing opportunity within our Independent Living Service. We are looking for a Full Time Service Coordinator to visit older customers in their own homes and match them with a home helper or volunteer. This is an exciting role for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and confident. Working as part of a larger team we aim to provide excellent services for people living at home or returning from hospital.

Our aims are to promote the well-being of all older people, make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience, reduce any barriers that cause social isolation and loneliness and thus enable older people to flourish. Ultimately, you’ll be a part of a solution that enables older people to stay in their own home for longer, to be as independent as possible and feel less isolated.

What you will need to be successful in the role:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic person who understands older people and their needs, who can support and work with others in the team and is solution focused. You will need to be a self-starter with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills to drive forward our services and reach as many customers as possible.

With an office base of Horsham, we offer hybrid working with a mixture of office, out in the community and homeworking.

A driving licence is required for these roles as they will involve travel.
