Due to the nature of the work that we carry out, our staff work from our office, day centre and in the community. Therefore, please note that unless it is otherwise stated, all roles advertised will require the successful candidate to work on-site.

Deputy Chef
We have an experienced Chef who needs support to deliver lunchtime meals Monday to Friday to our Day Centre clients. We have a well-equipped and beautifully designed new professional kitchen that any chef will enjoy working in. We serve 20-40 lunch covers per day. Can you bring your catering knowledge and experience to help us develop our food offer even further?
Salary: £25,207 per annum pro-rata
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, M-F, 8.30am-2.30pm, with 30 mins break
Responsible to: Chef and Office Manager
Contract: Permanent (With a six month probationary period)
Location: Based at our Day Centre (52 East Hill, SW18 2HJ)

Support Worker/Driver (Part-time)
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our caring and experienced Day Centre team as a part-time support worker and driver. You will be driving clients to and from their homes each day in our minibus and then working with them at our Day Centre for older people, adults with disabilities and adults with dementia during the day.
Please note that a clean driving licence is essential for this role. You will need a D1 driving licence or we can train you to drive one of our mini-buses.
Salary: £24,000 per annum pro-rata (rising to £25,207 in April 2025)
Hours: 21 or 28 hours (3 or 4 days and according to rota, 9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break)Contract: Permanent (With a six month probationary period)
Location: Based at our Day Centre (52 East Hill, SW18 2HJ)

Community Engagement Project Assistant
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our team as Community Engagement Project Assistant.
The Community Engagement Project Assistant role will include delivering classes, hosting events and working with clients in their homes, in our day centre, and in community settings such as libraries, job centres, sheltered accommodation and other voluntary sector organisation hubs.
The service aspires to support, but is not limited to, older Wandsworth residents in the following groups: BAME; dementia; digitally isolated; financially isolated; LGBTQ; socially isolated; women; and those with, or at risk of, mental and/or physical ill health and disabilities.
Salary: £24,000 per annum pro-rata (rising to £25,207 in April 2025)
Hours: 21 hours per week (over 3 days – one of these days must be Friday)
Reports to:Community Engagement Coordinator
Contract: Permanent (Subject to a six-month probationary period)
Location: Based at our day centre and with travel all around Wandsworth
