Active Afternoons

Want to keep your mind and body active and engaged? Then join us for our weekly Active Afternoons, where we invite you to play games, explore the outdoors, and have fun with others. With indoor and outdoor sessions, there will always be something to do – come rain or shine!

Activities might include

  • a game of mini golf, skittles, or darts,
  • a gentle walk in a park,
  • a board game with a twist.

And to round things off, we will provide a nice cool-down with coffee and tea at the end of each session.

Sessions will be start at our Day Centre in Wandsworth every Thursday from 2:00 to 3:30pm.
