About the Competition

Ageing is a journey filled with wisdom, resilience, and new possibilities. Our Poetry Competition, proudly sponsored by Stow Brothers and Age Without Limits, invites poets of all levels to express their thoughts on celebrating ageing.

Whether you're an experienced writer or new to poetry, we encourage you to share your creativity. The winning poem will be framed and displayed at The Hub, and the top three poems, along with other recommended entries, will be published in our printed poetry booklet.

• Poems must be no more than 150 words

All entrants and poetry lovers are invited to our Poetry Showcase on Thursday 11 June, where selected poets will read their work, and we will celebrate the voices that challenge ageism and redefine what it means to grow older.
