Through various partnership initiatives we have been able to expand the opportunities for older adults to remain active through sport and exercise. We are always ready to explore new opportunities alongside other more‘traditional’ approaches such as cycling and walking.

Keeping Older People Connected
A Digital Inclusion pilot programme to help older isolated people use video technology to feel less alone and have improved skills and better wellbeing.

Supporting The Ridings Wakefield, in a monthly meet-up event, promoting friendship and community in Wakefield City Centre.

The Big Knit
We need your help! Join our fundraising efforts by knitting or crocheting little bobble hats which sit on Innocent Smoothie bottles in the winter and helps raise money for our charity
