How have we helped?

Geraldine* recently moved into a new home which had a prepayment meter.  We have supported her to get the meter changed to a smart meter and set up the smart meter display. We helped to organize a direct debit payment with her new supplier and register on their priority service register.

Geraldine says she is less anxious about the up-coming bills as she can now see how much she is spending each week and keep a track on her energy expenditure. She has received her Priority Service membership pack and feels more secure knowing that she is a priority customer and one of the benefits is she will be supported, if needed, if there is a power cut.
