New Year Party 2020

On Saturday 4th January Age UK Thanet held a special 'New Year Party Day' for all of our clients and volunteers. The day was truly magical. In the morning we had the wonderful Scott Elvis singing which got everyone on their feet and in a party mood! We had a free raffle and lots of our guests won great prizes. This was followed by a sensational buffet lunch and more singing from the very talented Dulcie May Moreno. Everyone had sore feet from dancing in the end, but his was a truly remarkable day and we would like to thank everyone, including the Mayor and Mayoress of Margate and Councillor Barry Lewis who attended and the volunteers and staff who gave up their own time to make the day a success. We would also like to thank Tesco Bags of Help who kindly funded this event.
