MCST Member has Magazine Article Published

We are thrilled that a member of our MCST group has just had an article published in the Alzheimer's Society magazine!

Margaret Bloor has shared how the group has helped her to cope through a very difficult time, and how she has enjoyed trying different things and making new friends. Her confidence has grown and she is back to feeling more like herself.

Our Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) group is for those living with mild to moderate dementia. The weekly activities and discussions are designed to stimulate different parts of the brain, and evidence-based research has shown that this has a positive effect on memory and mental functions.
