Our 'Get Up and Go' service is changing

CBT support for loneliness, bereavement and loss will now be offered as part of our Community Support Service which has expanded. We will provide six weeks of one-to-one support via our Get Up and Go ‘Get There’ and ‘Get Busy’ pathways.

NHS Tameside and Glossop Talking Therapies: they offer a range of talking therapies to support your mental health. Their service is delivered by a range of trained professionals, including therapists and counsellors, who will find a level of treatment that is right for you.
