Help at Home is a practical in-home support provided by trained Age UK Sutton professional staff across homes in the borough of Sutton.
Our friendly, understanding and supportive Customer Care team will coordinate with you to set up an in-home assessment, then match you with one our trained support workers to complete tasks as agreed on a date and time that suits you best.

A paid for service providing :
• Housekeeping and cleaning
• Laundry and Ironing
• Grocery shopping
• Accompaniment to appointments
• Light meal preparation

Help at Home offers customers peace of mind and reassurance
• See the same regular support worker at each visit
• All staff are trained and have a DBS check
• Visits can be daily, weekly or fortnightly
• Service runs Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
• Pre-Arranged support plans and assessments
