Age UK Sutton is launching a new Dementia Support service from 1st April 2024

Funded by London Borough of Sutton and the integrated Health Board, Age UK Sutton is launching a new service to support anyone living with, or caring for someone with dementia in Sutton.   

The new service will be providing : 

  • A central point of access to help you to manage your diagnosis and enable you to connect with local support more effectively 
  • A Dementia Adviser service offering information and advice to enable you to live well with dementia 
  • Timely access to support you on diagnosis, throughout your dementia journey and as things change 
  • Access to regular monthly facilitated peer support to gain support from peers, learn strategies and share experiences from others in a similar situation. 
  • We will be working closely with Sutton Carers Centre who will continue to support carers of people with dementia
