Sharn is a Senior HR professional with more than 20+ years of experience in HR best practice at a International level working for multiple industries ranging from private healthcare, Insurance to technology organisations such as NTT, Wolters Kluwer and IBM. Former roles include Head of HR for Wolters Kluwer, Tax and Accounting division, HR Director for Kreston Reeves to HCA Healthcare as CHRO leading the joint venture division.

Sharn is well versed strategically and operationally. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and has a good understanding of complex business environments through the application of commercial employment law.
