Fidelma Hatton

Fidelma has over 25 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector, having started her career at the then Help the Aged as an Advertising Assistant. 

She has worked in Fundraising and development and at a range of organisations including the NSPCC, Rainbow Trust, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and KIDS leading teams to develop engaged groups of supporters to maximise income for the charities.  A qualified business performance coach, Fidelma has extensive leadership team experience and has worked with Trustee Boards for several years. 

Fidelma has returned to independent fundraising consultancy and was delighted to join the Age UK Sutton Board in November 2021 to help support the development of its income and social enterprise.
