We hold the Age UK Information & Advice Quality Marque which demonstrates that our Information & Advice service:
- Provides consistent, relevant and effective advice to clients and demonstrates this by providing sufficient information in their client records.
- Has clear and relevant systems and procedures in place to manage the delivery of consistent, good quality information and advice.
- Monitors its services and seeks feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Advice Quality Standard
We hold the Advice Quality Standard, which provides you with assurance that we have met certain criteria that demonstrate a commitment to quality. The Advice Quality Standard is the quality mark for organisations that provide advice to the public on social welfare issues and demonstrates that an agency has a well-managed service, helps to ensure that staff have relevant and up to date knowledge and that the quality of advice given remains high.
