Household Support Fund

The government has issued financial support called the Household Support Fund which has been made available locally through Surrey County Council and selected organisations, of which Age UK Surrey is one.

The fund is available to apply to until 31st March 2025 and gives direct financial support to pay gas, water and/or electricity bills potentially including arrears. The value of any individual funding award will be dependent upon individual circumstances. Eligibility for the fund includes pensioners, families with children on low incomes and single householders on fixed incomes. Age UK Surrey has an allocation, while funds last, to support eligible pensioners.
