Lasting Power of Attorney

Age UK Surrey is pleased to announce that we now offer a full Lasting Power of Attorney service to Surrey residents aged fifty and over. The process guides one step by step through a face to face meeting and ensuring all paperwork is submitted correctly to the Office of the Public Guardian. A fee applies.

We are all used to making decisions for ourselves; from small things like what to have for breakfast to big things like where to live, but what happens when it becomes difficult or even impossible for you to make your own choices, through ill health or after an accident for example?

Whatever your age, it is important to consider your future and take time now to grant Power of Attorney to someone you trust.
