Face Masks From Signify

Published on 23 June 2020 12:31 PM

At times of crisis, community really does pull together. When protective face masks were hard to come by, Signify came forward with a generous donation to support Age UK Surrey’s Help at Home service.

Sue Zirps, Chief Executive said: ‘We are very grateful to Signify and their staff for choosing to support Age UK Surrey’s Help at Home service with their donation of 1500 face masks. PPE is one important way to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and serves to help protect both our clients and their Home Helps who are providing an essential service, keeping kitchens and bathrooms clean. On behalf of our clients and Home Helps, a big thank you’.

Moira Brailsford, Marketing Communications Manager, Signify UK&I said: ‘We would like to say a big thank you to Age UK Surrey for the ongoing dedication and care they continue to provide in the community during this difficult time. We were happy to donate some much needed PPE for the Help at Home team to protect themselves and the vulnerable residents they are caring for.’
