On Thursday 3^rd , 17^th & 31^st October 10am -12pm. Stockport Community Hub will be attending the Age UK Stockport Hub.

They will be bringing information on many different support options for attendees, such as Community Hub, Stockport Support Hub, Talking Therapies & Mental Health Network.

A little bit about the Community Hub;

The Community Hub is part of the Stockport Support Services. We offer short term support for people who are interested in being involved within their communities. We support people by way of introduction to independently take part in a wide verity of social, leisure, learning or volunteering opportunities.

By reducing social isolation and loneliness, more people are able to enjoy a good quality of life. Referrals can be made through the Stockport Support Hub https://stockportsupport.com/

What is the Workshop about? This Workshop is a FREE Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) course for adults experiencing symptoms of low mood or anxiety.

How could the Workshop help? The Workshop helps you learn new skills to enable you to tackle the many challenges associated with experiencing these symptoms, you will be taught techniques and ways of managing anxiety and low mood.
