Sky is a Campaign Partner of Age UK for the Five in Five and are running TV advertisements throughout January. Five in Five is about building small amounts of activity, seated or unseated, into your day with a five minute mini-workout designed for people living with long term health conditions. When it comes to finding ways to move, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
