Stockport Council and Healthwatch Stockport are looking for a Co-Chair for the Making it Real Board (Adult Social Care) to help lead and inspire great changes.

The Role For You? You’ll support the Chair of the Making it Real Board and work together with the wider group toimprove the lives and experience of people who use and receive adult social care support. You’ll listen to individuals, family members and carers to make sure that they feel valued and we understand what’s important to them, also ensuring their voice is at the centre of everything we do.
