Visiting Age UK Stockport office Commonweal from 19th July 2021
Following on from the Government announcement with regards to the relaxing of the Covid 19 restrictions, we wanted to let you know how we are continuing to make visiting Commonweal as safe as possible for everyone.
The health and wellbeing of our team and all those we work with remains our priority and so we are acting in line with the government recommendations for caution and care.
We will continue to maintain high levels of cleaning - many hand sanitizing sites around the building - well-spaced working and meeting spaces - good ventilation. Please wear a mask in all public areas and if requested in other areas, and please be respectful of social distancing
We will monitor the situation and will indeed look forward to relaxing measures further in time as soon as the challenges allow.
Covid 19 Policy for Visitors:
Visitors will be contacted prior to visiting to enable them to answer the online booking questions on arrival. Please be sure you can answer NO to all the following:

Have YOU or ANYONE in your household and contacts:
- Felt unwell or had any Covid symptoms in the past 48 hours (high temperature, cough, loss of taste / smell etc
- Tested positive for Covid in the past 14 days
- Been contacted by NHS Track & Trace to isolate
- Waiting for a Covid PCR test result
- Travelled or passed through any red or amber countries in the last 14 days
If you have any concerns, please take a lateral Flow test before visiting. We offer an option to visit us virtually if needed please liaise with the person you are visiting.
