Our Over-50s Yoga class is a great way for older people to keep active, socialise, and stay healthy at the Ulverston Leisure Centre.

Over-50s Yoga Class

In conjunction with the Ulverston Leisure Centre, Age UK South Lakeland organises a weekly Over-50s Yoga class. This class meets every Wednesday from 9:30 - 10:15 am at the Ulverston Leisure Centre.
