Covering East Kent, the community navigation service is delivered on behalf of Kent County Council and the NHS. The service provides free, impartial support for up to 12 weeks.

Who is the service for?

The community navigation service is available for:
• People aged 55 or over
• People aged 18+ who have complex needs
