Age UK South Gloucestershire is an independent, local charity. We have been working in the community for 25 years to support older people, their families and carers. We have over 25 dedicated staff and over 170 volunteers committed to making South Gloucestershire a great place to grow old and contributing to our mission of 'supporting you and your local community in later life.'
We respond to more than 5,000 enquiries per year with our range of services, which include: Activity Day Centres, Befriending, Improving Homes and Wellbeing, Information & Advice provision, Reconnect, specialist Benefits Advice, Volunteering opportunities, and our new Community Services which offers service users a tailored plan of activities promoting independence at home and community participation.
