Whether we like it or not, technology in the form of smartphones, tablets and computers are here to stay!

The internet can be a very useful tool to keep in touch with family and friends as well as helping with daily chores such as shopping and banking.

It can be hard to know where to start if you are not ‘technology savvy’. At Age UK South Gloucestershire, we have a Digital Inclusion Team who can support groups or individuals with accessing the internet. They offer support to build confidence and help you to stay safe online.
