Our Wellbeing Checks with Meals service is now able to support older people in Southampton, helping them remain independent and safe in their own homes. We can deliver a hot, nutritious meal, whilst also checking in on you or your family member’s wellbeing, providing not just a delicious lunch but also peace of mind.
Come and join us at our day centre in Padwell Road, where you can meet new friends and enjoy a delicious, cooked lunch. We have a range of different activities for you to try, from gardening, sewing, films and quizzes to days out and visiting entertainers.

We have been operating in the city since 1962 and offer a range of services to alleviate loneliness and isolation, improve health and wellbeing, reduce poverty and support independent living.
