BBC South visits our Digital Inclusion computer group

With recent and ongoing changes to face-to-face banking and the closures of many branches, we have seen a huge shift in recent years to banking predominately moving to online. Concerned about people saying that a lot of these technological advances are leaving customers behind, the BBC South team visited our Freemantle computer group on 10 June to see how we are providing support for local people to use digital technology.
