Creative Group Facilitator - Memory Connections (Part-time)
Use your creativity to make a real difference in the lives of older adults!
Are you passionate about bringing people together through creative activities, conversation and fun? Would you enjoy leading uplifting group sessions that support memory, thinking skills, confidence and social connection for people living with dementia?
This role is ideal for people with experience or interest in:
- Creative facilitation or group work
- Arts, wellbeing or community-based roles
- Education, drama, music, storytelling or similar fields
- Supporting people in a warm, inclusive group setting (for example, a care home activities coordinator)
- Using creativity to support health and quality of life
