We have dozens of exercise, activity and falls prevention classes taking place all across Somerset and North Somerset each week.

With options from general fitness, strength and balance and chair-based classes to swimming, fishing, Yoga, Tai Chi and more, there is something to suit everyone!

These are specifically for over 50s and as well as being great for general fitness and wellbeing they are very sociable and a lot of fun!
