Age UK Solihull has a well established range of services that have been developed over 40+ years of experience in meeting the needs of older and vulnerable people in Solihull. These services are constantly under review to ensure that they are fully effective and efficient in their delivery, and consistent with the requirements of our funders, and most of all, meet the needs of local people and their families and carers.
Important notice
We would like to let Solihull residents know that from 1 October 2026, Age UK Solihull will no longer be the provider of the Solihull Information & Advice services.
The Solihull Information & Advice service, known now as Here2Help, has recently been awarded to another provider.
The current Solihull Community Advice Hubs at The Core and Chelmsley Wood Library will close on 30 September. From 1 October, residents seeking information and advice should contact Here2Help, who will provide support by telephone, email and through multiple face-to-face locations across the borough. Please look out for their contact details coming soon.
