Quiz winners speed their way to the top

On Tuesday 27th March 2018, Age UK Solihull held their third Interactive Quiz Night at Solihull Moors Football Club. The event consists of using your smartphone or tablet and answering questions as quickly as possible.

Our Interactive Quiz Night has grown each time it's been organised and this time we had 15 teams enter (with up to 6 people per team). It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening; everyone really got into it and showed their competitive side, as well as having the chance to win some great raffle prizes.

Well done to our deserved winners, Vicky, Lou, Jen and Amie a.k.a "Dave's Babes".

We'd like to thank Solihull Moors Football Club for allowing us to hold our event at their venue and for providing such a nice dinner, a huge 'thank you' to Barclays for match funding our event and of course, Stoo from Speed Quizzing for making the event such a success.

We are pleased to say £1,287.41 was raised which will go back into our services to help older people maintain their independence for as long as possible.
